Yes. From the Maxi license, you can send a receive link that lets external parties upload files of any size without a ProVide or Active Directory account and without any other access to your system. You can protect each receive link with a password and limit how long it stays active.
Yes. From the Maxi license, ProVide's Events and messages module runs any security checks your organization defines before a file is allowed to be stored, and rejects any file that fails. After a file is stored, ProVide can trigger notification and action pipelines so the right people are alerted and can act.
Yes, ProVide handles this with the Share and Collaborate module, available from the Maxi license. Use a receive link to upload a photo or video straight from your phone to the server, with nothing stored on the device. Or install ProVideLink, open the file system in a normal browser, and right-click then Edit: the file opens in your local application and saves straight back to the server, with nothing kept on your computer.
Yes. ProVide licenses are billed annually and renew automatically. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time, and your license stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no multi-year lock-in.
