Fixed SFTP SETSTAT/FSETSTAT with ATTR_SIZE not actually resizing the file (affected clients that truncate via setstat rather than OPEN+TRUNCATE, e.g. paramiko sftp.truncate, Tectia z/OS uploads leaving tail bytes of previous content). Shrinking now requires DF in addition to WF, matching the existing OPEN+TRUNCATE / resume-with-REST semantics.
Added support for OIDC with ssn verification. Please observe that with MFA on share/receive/collaborate links, recipient identity numbers are stored in plain text in the per-link .link files and logs; protect the links/ and logs/ directory accordingly.
