Server Licenses #
If you already have a server license and want to upgrade or downgrade between MINI, MEDI, and MAXI you can easily contact us for assistance. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible.
Discounts for Upgrades (Server licenses) #
If you choose to upgrade your server license and there is time left on your current license, we will apply a discount to the new license. The discount is calculated based on the remaining time on your existing license, ensuring you get fair value for your previous purchase.
User Licenses #
You can combine different User license levels in ProVide as needed. For example, having 5 MAXI users and 10 MEDI user will allow you to connect 15 SFTP sessions, or you could use 10 SFTP sessions alongside 5 Share/Receive/Collaborate connections. This flexibility ensures that you can tailor the licensing to your specific requirements.
Expanding User Licenses. #
If your future needs increase, you can easily purchase additional user licenses. Once you have the additional user licenses, you can import them into ProVide. All user licenes will stack, and the added licenses will be dynamically incorporated at runtime without any downtime. This ensures that your system can scale seamlessly to meet growing demands.
