Timezone or timestamp seems off… why is time not displaying correctly

The latest version of ProVide always displays the file modification times in the users local timezone as configured in Windows on the computer running the browser. Thus, if the time is not displaying correctly either the web browser is running in another timezone from the server or you might be running an old version of ProVide where timezone always displayed that of the server.
