You can use a ProVide product or service for the duration of your subscription. The subscription length, the billing period, and the price per period are all shown during the order process. Limited subscriptions end automatically, while unlimited subscriptions can be terminated by either party at any time.
Payment #
If you pay by credit card, debit card, or direct debit, you agree to have the unit price for each subscription period charged automatically to your card or bank account immediately before the next billing period starts. If you choose another payment type, you agree to make periodic payments instead.
Your license #
After you buy a subscription, either through FastSpring or by invoice order, you receive a license by email. The license unlocks the appropriate CALs, functionality, and features, and grants update rights for the duration of the license period.
For a limited subscription, once the license period ends you purchase a subscription extension to continue. You only need to activate the base license and the latest extension, not any expired extensions in between.
No loss of functionality #
If the license model for existing licenses ever changes, you won’t lose any functionality, accounts, or connections. This is detected automatically based on when you purchased your original license.
Privacy and security #
The team developing ProVide takes security seriously. ProVide accesses update servers only if you choose to, and it does not send or request any additional information from online sources.
